Refund policy

At Sundered Souls, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sunderedsoulsclothing@gmail.com prior to shipping your item, and we will provide you with shipping instructions. Note if an order is past 7 days we cannot exchange it.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at sunderedsoulsclothing@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team.
